Tips for the best telepsychiatry experience
- Ensure you have good lighting during your call and are free from distractions.
- Close as many web browser tabs and applications as possible to reduce system resource utilization during your call.
- If possible, use a hardwired connection over wireless.
- If wireless is the only option, ensure the best signal strength possible by positioning yourself as close to your wireless router as you can.
- Wifi connection is preferred over a cellular (LTE) connection.
