Insurance
This practice does not accept any forms of insurance and is considered an "out-of-network" provider for all insurance companies including Medicaid or Medicare. We can provide you with a superbill at the end of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company, if you wish to be reimbursed. You are responsible for filing your own insurance. It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits. Many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of the visit. Payment for services is expected in full and at the time of your appointment. Cash, check and credit cards are all accepted. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Your scheduled appointment is reserved for you and only you. We do not overbook. Therefore, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Keep in mind, our schedule can fill up quickly. If you do not cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance or if you fail to show for your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. ADHD We do not provide medication for ADHD in adults without prior testing results. Results need to be provided before your initial appointment can be scheduled. Medication We will provide you with enough medication/refills to last until the date of your next required appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to remain current with their appointments so that there is no lapse in medication. Prescription's will not be called in for patients that frequently cancel or miss their follow up appointments. Please note, we do not respond to pharmacy requests for refills as they are frequently inaccurate and often automated. |
