In the wake of this Covid-19 outbreak and the recent declaration of Georgia being under a public health state of emergency, we are doing what we need to ensure the safety of all of our patients and our community.
At this time, due to concerns of how exponentially this virus is spreading, we believe that it is in the best interest and safety of all our patients to move all appointments to telepsychiatry (video conference) sessions. We will be using a HIPPA compliant platform which can be accessed via your phone or computer with a reliable Internet connection and video camera. All appointments starting Monday March, 23rd will be done through telepscyhiatry. Please use this link to get set up for your first telepsychiatry visit and to also sign the consent form. |
For those who have completed the telepsychiatry setup or have used our service previously,

Tips for the best telepsychiatry experience
- Ensure you have good lighting during your call and are free from distractions.
- Close as many web browser tabs and applications as possible to reduce system resource utilization during your call.
- If possible, use a hardwired connection over wireless.
- If wireless is the only option, ensure the best signal strength possible by positioning yourself as close to your wireless router as you can.
- Wifi connection is preferred over a cellular (LTE) connection.
- PC users will get the best experience by downloading the app vs. using the web browser
